About AniComment
AniComment gives anime fans a cleaner way to discover shows, track progress, and talk about what they are watching without getting spoiled by conversations far ahead of them.
What AniComment is
AniComment is a spoiler-safe anime discussion and tracking platform built around exact episode context. It combines anime discovery, per-show and per-episode discussion boards, progress tracking, lists, follows, schedules, and lightweight social tools in one place.
Why it exists
Anime discussion on the wider internet is often noisy, fragmented, and full of spoilers. AniComment is designed to make conversation usable again by letting people talk about a show at the point they have actually reached, instead of forcing every discussion into one mixed thread.
How spoiler safety works
Comments are tagged by spoiler scope, including safe comments, discussion through a specific episode, full-season spoilers, and full-series spoilers. AniComment uses your tracked progress to decide what can be shown by default and what should remain collapsed until you choose to reveal it.
What you can do
Users can search anime, open detailed metadata pages, browse current and upcoming schedules, follow shows, track watch progress, create personal and shared lists, and participate in discussion threads that are separated by exact episode instead of collapsing everything into one generic feed.
Metadata and availability
AniComment uses anime metadata providers for titles, cover art, banners, relations, airing schedules, and related details. It does not host anime streams or downloadable media. If legal streaming links are available from a provider, those can be shown as references.
Product direction
The product is focused on being reliable, spoiler-aware, and easy to use. The goal is not to become a giant all-purpose social network, but to be the best place to discuss anime without losing your place in a story.
